Celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the Todds arrival in Nebraska.
Levi Goodsil Todd arrived in Nebraska the summer of 1853. In 1857, he was joined by T.J. Todd, A.B. Todd, F.P. Todd, E.R. Todd, E. Todd.
150 years of Todds in Nebraska was celebrated at Todd Farms, established in 1857 by L.G. Todd.

Melvin Todd Jr. (L.G.'s great grandson) and wife Sharon, along with their children: Jane Todd Colesar, Beverly Todd Nolte, Judy Todd Krenk, Mike Todd and Gary Todd were reunion hosts.
Fifth generation Gary operates the original farm, located four miles north of Union. Gary and wife Kelly, along with daughters Sydney & Whitney, live in the white frame house built 1900-1905.
Todd History
The Todd linage has been traced to the mid-1500s to Reginald Todd of Yorkshire, England. From there, descendants traveled to New Haven, Connecticut, in the mid-1600s; then to Chautauqua and Herkimer Counties in New York in the early 1800s.
A descendant of Christopher Todd of Connecticut, Levi Goodsil was the son of Bela Todd and Lucy Hemmingway. Levi Goodsil Todd was the first Todd in Nebraska, arriving in Cass County in 1853. His wife, Lydia Jones, is pictured below.
